Choosing your bra size
To find out your bra size, start by measuring your bust (the measurement is taken below the bust).
It's important to stand up straight when measuring to ensure accuracy.
Measure your bust size. Loosely wrap the tape horizontally around your bust, passing it under your armpits and over the tips of your breasts. Then record the measurements.
Choose your panty size
Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your pelvis, at the strongest point, directly on your body, loosely.
If possible, enlist the help of others for greater accuracy.
