Maintenance and precautions for use
Each piece is handmade from delicate, noble fabrics such as silk and lace,
We recommend careful cleaning by hand.
Care for lace and silk
To best respect the silk and lace, pieces should be carefully cleaned by hand using natural products (preferably liquid) to avoid damaging the fabric fiber. You can also use a washing machine, but only on a delicate cycle.
Wash your silk or lace piece by hand, one piece at a time, in cold water (20° maximum). Wash by pressing gently (never rubbing). Don't leave it to soak for too long, 3 to 5 minutes is enough (leaving the silk in the water for too long) may result in a loss of shine. Then rinse the piece in cold water.
When drying, do not spin or tumble-dry. Instead, air-dry your piece on a hanger.
If you want to remove some wrinkles after washing, we recommend using a steamer or the steam from your iron.
